Things You Can Do to Help Us Adopt
Dear Friends & Family:
70% of placements occur through a family or friend connection with the birth family (which is called a "designated adoption") and only about 30% are through the online agency profiles.
Give out a stack of our “Pass-Along Cards”. These are meant to be given out to your friends, family members, neighbors, church leaders, coworkers, bank tellers, hair stylists, doctors, dentists, etc. in hopes that they might know of someone who is interested in placing a baby for adoption. (This can be very easy: You can even leave one with your restaurant bill, at the hotel you're staying at or post them on community bulletin boards in grocery stores.) One of the best things you can do for us is to give a stack of our cards to your Stake President or Bishop. We keep cards with us at all times! Let us know if you would like some!

I guess I misses something somewhere. Are you trying to adopt and you are ttc also? I hope that you get your baby which ever way is ment to be(if not both ways)
